Design & Fabrics
Kid-Guru's designs are all handmade and hand appliquéd using new and vintage fabrics. Please note that each appliqué will be designed with fabrics chosen to best compliment your selected color of t-shirt and, due to the limited availability of the appliqué fabrics, variations in color and pattern may exist in each design. Specific fabrics cannot be guaranteed.

Item Availability
Since our designs are handmade (never mass produced!) and one-of-a kind, Kid-Guru cannot guarantee the immediate availability of our products. We will, however, do our best to fulfill your order in a quick and timely fashion. Please allow for 5-7 business days to ship your merchandise upon receiving your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the package tracking information.

Custom Orders
If you still haven’t found something and have an idea for an appliqué or different colors, contact us and we can work together to create a personal custom designed piece. Please note that Kid-Guru designs will have subtle differences due to the limited availability of the fabrics.

All custom orders require pre-payment of the full amount before any work is started. Please allow for 3-4 weeks for the completion. All custom orders are not returnable or refundable.

Ordering
To view our designs, visit our Online Boutique and select an image to view that designs details. Select your size from one of the dropdown menus and click the add to cart button under it.

You will be transferred to your shopping cart where you can adjust the quantity you have ordered, enter a message to us and enter a coupon code if you have one. You may choose to continue shopping or to go to payments.

Payments
When you go to payments, you will be asked to provide your shipping/billing information and to choose your method of payment - PayPal/credit card or money order.

If you have chosen to pay by PayPal/credit card, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure server to process your payment.

If you have chosen to pay by money order, please make it out to Mallika Malhotra and mail it to 1102 Clark Way, Palo Alto, CA 94304. Your order will not be completed until your payment is received.

Sales Tax
All orders outside of California will not include sales tax. California orders will be charged 7.25%

All items are shipped by US Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Fees for orders shipped with the US are as follows…

International Customers
We accept orders from PayPal supported countries. You may use our shopping cart as above but your shipping will be calculated when we receive your order and billed in a separate invoice. Please note that you are responsible for any additional taxes, customs and/or duties your package may be subject to.

Return Policy
Kid-Guru will only accept returns if the items have not been worn, altered or washed and with a proof of purchase within 14 days. We will then issue an exchange or store credit. We do not refund any shipping or handling charges and custom orders are not returnable or refundable.

We advise that you insure your return packages to Kid-Guru as this will provide coverage for your items. Kid-Guru does not accept any responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. Please mail your exchange to Kid-Guru, 319 Garfield Street, Denver, CO 80206.

Gift Services
Kid-Guru offers gift cards with a minimum amount of $20. We can also provide special gift packaging including tissue, box and card for an additional $5. Please contact us for any of these additional services.

T-Shirt Care
For best results, please wash your Kid-Guru t-shirt inside out on your washing machine’s delicate setting. Do not use your dryer. Please hang your t-shirt to dry and iron it inside out on the lowest setting.
